OUR METHOD
Consult - During the initial meeting with clients, we discover their needs and expectations. The client can clearly communicate their desires and how they will use the system (i.e. who will be using which feature for which purpose). This information is used to personalize the system and visualize the finished product in use. With this information in place, we can recommend quality equipment, identify the work to be done, and describe the steps to completion.
Proposal/Contract - Our design team will meet with the client to discuss many of the aspects of the consultation in further detail. The specifics of the job, such as desired features, will be clearly stated in the proposal and agreed upon by both sides. This step will provide the client with knowledge of what will be included in the finished product.
Design - Once the proposal/contract has been completed, we can begin the installation design and layout the project to custom-fit your home. We communicate these specifications to other areas of the project, such as architects, designers, and contractors, to ensure that everyone's expectations are understood.
Install - Whether it is new construction or a remodel, our technicians are prepared to handle any job. Our Project Manager is involved with and oversees every job. This guarantees that our quality standards are as high as possible. Our installers are trained to be clean, courteous, and careful.
Program - Integrating components is a complex process that requires extensive training and practice. Our technicians attend trainings several times yearly to stay current. They are qualified to set-up, program, and troubleshoot any technological issue with equipment.
Train - To avoid any complications, we show the user exactly how everything functions. We will take as much time as needed to make sure the user is comfortable with all of the system features and is confident in utilizing their new system.
Maintain - Our labor is guaranteed for one year after installation. If problems arise, we will be happy to solve any difficulties encountered. Being a local business, we strive to provide great customer service and support for years to come.
